St. James Cross Patch
Resembling a sword, the Cross of Saint James contains three Fleur-De-Lis - one on the hilt, and one on each arm. The three Fleur-De-Lis represent the "Honor without stain', a reference to the moral features of the Apostle's character. The sword shape represents the chivalrous character of St. James.
It is said that its shape originated in the era of the Crusades when the knights took with them small crosses with sharpened bottoms to drive into the ground and carry out their daily devotions.
We have taken this incredible historic symbol and added a little Guardian flair by inlaying the Guardian Icon into the design.
Only 200 made, these will not be made again.
